Cary Moss has spent the past twenty years focusing her legal career on Elder Law and Estate Planning, with a primary concentration on the areas of Estate Settlement, Probate and Trust Administration, Long Term Care Planning, and Estate Planning. Cary served on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys for five years, including a term as president. She currently serves on the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, keeping her apprised of legislative or agency issues with the potential to impact Florida’s seniors or disabled citizens.

Tom Moss brings a comprehensive understanding to Estate Planning with advanced degrees in both law and business. His practice focuses on the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Estate Settlement including Probate and Trust Administration. Tom is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and he formerly served as Co-Chair of the Estate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee section. He stays on top of current legal and financial developments as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wealth Counsel.

Grayson Bogert is a new addition to our elder law team, joining Sawyer and Sawyer, P.A. in 2025. During law school, Grayson developed a strong passion for helping individuals and families navigate the often complex legal and financial decisions involved in estate planning, guardianships, and long-term care planning. As a board member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Student Section, he gained valuable experience working with issues affecting older adults and their loved ones, and he learned the importance of thoughtful planning to protect both assets and quality of life. Grayson is committed to providing clear guidance, compassionate counsel, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
