Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. helps Orlando families plan for the future and handle the legal side of life’s hardest moments, from writing a first will to settling a parent’s estate. We’re a family-owned firm that has served Central Florida since 1994.
Planning for Orlando Families
About 320,000 people live in Orlando, our home city. It’s also the Orange County seat, so probate and guardianship cases for Orlando residents are heard at the courthouse downtown.
About 4 in 10 Orlando households own their home. Whether you own or rent, an estate plan does more than say who gets what. It decides who can step in for you if you’re ever unable to act for yourself, and who will settle your affairs after you’re gone.
We help Orlando families with each part of that: planning ahead, protecting a loved one with a disability, settling an estate or a trust, guardianship, and paying for long-term care. Choose a topic below to see how it works for Orlando residents.
Figures: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates.
