Cary Moss has spent the past twenty years focusing her legal career on Elder Law and Estate Planning, with a primary concentration on the areas of Estate Settlement, Probate and Trust Administration, Long Term Care Planning, and Estate Planning. Cary served on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys for five years, including a term as president. She currently serves on the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, keeping her apprised of legislative or agency issues with the potential to impact Florida’s seniors or disabled citizens.

Tom Moss brings a comprehensive understanding to Estate Planning with advanced degrees in both law and business. His practice focuses on the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Estate Settlement including Probate and Trust Administration. Tom is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and he formerly served as Co-Chair of the Estate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee section. He stays on top of current legal and financial developments as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wealth Counsel.

Aaron Riedeman-Mobley joined Sawyer & Sawyer in 2025 and brings a passion for learning and serving clients to the best of her ability. Nickie Humiec has over 25 years of office administration experience in various industries including law, advertising, and insurance. Since joining Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in 2003, Nickie has assumed responsibility for implementing financial procedures and managing billing and revenue. Nickie also serves as an assistant to Attorney Cary Moss. A New Jersey native, she relocated to Florida over 30 years ago. Nickie enjoys reading and relaxing poolside, spending time with her two wonderful children, and going treasure-hunting at estate sales with her husband.

Billie Jo Rudowitz has been a vital part of Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. since 2012. As Team Leader and Director of Operations, she plays a key role in fostering team development, streamlining internal processes, and maintaining the firm’s client-focused culture. With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, Billie Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. Amy joined Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in 2022 after over 15 years of teaching at several private schools in Winter Park, Florida. Amy graduated from both Florida State University and Rollins College and loves to root on her beloved Seminoles and the Tars. She has two sons and enjoys spending her free time with family at the beach, fishing, or in the mountains of North Carolina. Danielle Taylor came to Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in 2005 as a Senior Paralegal. She is one of the firm’s most experienced paralegals, having served in the Orange County Probate Court for many years. Danielle primarily focuses on probate, guardianship and trust administration. Danielle is a foodie and always has an excellent restaurant recommendation. She is also an animal lover, with a special fondness for her rescue dog Dylan, a Lab and Australian Shepherd mix.

Doniece Stockton joined Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in 2002 as a receptionist and legal assistant. Her prior experience as a travel agent helped develop her excellent client service skills. Stephanie Torres joined Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in 2023 as a receptionist and quickly became a valued member of the team. Mitzi Mulloy originally joined Sawyer & Sawyer, PA in June of 2001 as a paralegal working in the area of Probate, Trust Administration and Guardianships. In August of 2012, she received an opportunity to serve as a Trust Officer at a large financial institution. After retiring as a Trust Officer, she returned to Sawyer and Sawyer, PA in October of 2024 and is working as a legal assistant in all departments. She has over 35 years’ experience in the area of wealth transfer and assisting clients and their families with trust administration. She enjoys singing in her church choir, reading, crocheting and doing jigsaw puzzles!
