Jill Hoffman

Linda Howard

 Linda Howard has been with Sawyer and Sawyer since July 2007.  Linda is one of the rare Orlando natives. After many years in the accounting arena, Linda now works in the area of Estate Planning.

 Linda has two daughters and seven grandchildren, which keep her extremely busy.

Nickie Humiec

Nickie Humiec joined Sawyer and Sawyer in August 2003.  She has worked the area of law for 18 years in various administrative positions. 

She relocated to southwest Orlando in 1988 where she now lives with her husband and two children.

William King

Bill has worked with Sawyer and Sawyer since July 2007.  He is the assistant to Nancy Nix, our Medicaid Planner, and works exclusively in the area of Medicaid Planning.

Mitzi Mulloy

Mitzi Mulloy has been a paralegal with the firm of Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. since June 2001.  She is responsible for guardianship, probate and trust administration cases.  Her organization skills and compassion for clients makes her a good fit for this role.  Prior to joining the firm, Mitzi worked as a trust officer in trust banking for eleven (11) years and three (3) years as a paraplanner for financial planners. 

She is also a single mother to a son born in 1996 who currently attends Southwest Middle School, is in advanced classes and beginning band.   They spend their free time keeping their black Lab, Pepper, entertained.

Nancy Nix

Nancy Nix has been with Sawyer and Sawyer since January 1998.  Nancy is a paralegal specializing in Medicaid Planning and Social Security Disability.  Nancy received her B.A. in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida and her A.A. from Valencia Community College.  

Nancy worked for 19 ½ years for Trans World Airlines in the positions of hostess, passenger and air freight sales and in-flight management

Nancy has one daughter, Hannah, works at the Pentagon, and one son, Evan, who is in his second year of a masters program at University of California-San Diego.

Pam Perdue

Pam Perdue started with Sawyer & Sawyer in September 2001 as a receptionist, and then moved into the billing department.  Since 2004, Pam has been a guardianship and probate paralegal and a bookkeeper for the firm. Pam has been married for 29 years and she has two daughters, 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson.

Edie Silverman

Edie Silverman started with Sawyer & Sawyer in February 2007 as Receptionist/Legal Assistant , assisting the daily needs of the attorneys, staff and clients. 

Edie is originally from New Jersey and has a 20 year background in hotel Human Resources.

Doniece Smith

Doniece Smith has been a paralegal with the firm of Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. since August 2002. She is responsible for estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Her organizational and people skills make her a good fit for the job.

She is married with two adult sons, Jayson and Sean.

Danielle Taylor

Danielle Taylor has been with Sawyer & Sawyer since April 2005 as a paralegal. Danielle’s areas of practice are probate, guardianship and trust administration.

Danielle was born in Brooklyn, New York and has lived in Florida since 1987.

Prior to working at Sawyer & Sawyer she worked at the Orange County Court in the probate Division for over five years.

Danielle has been married for ten years and has two dogs and a cat.
